Valve Test Presses

The Universe valve test presses are used for testing any type of shut-off valve. The test requires the use of water, or other accepted test media which is brought up to pressure and the valve is then checked for leaks. The Universe Test Presses come in both vertical and horizontal configurations with options such as a hydraulically operated loading table, tilt function and control panels.

The standard unit is provided with corrosion resistant test plate for ANSI flange end valves, with “O” ring grooves based on diameter of nominal valve size plus 1/4”. Some valves may vary and size should be confirmed against test stand dimensions. Test plate configurations are available for RTJ valves. Other configurations are available upon request.
